Abstract In this paper, through the FPGA technology and torque measurement system design method for analysis research, use of photoelectric coding circurling function difference between multi-channel code disk measurement. characteristics state output signal tray are classified, principle is analyzed studied. logic control, data statistics, latch other contents involved in hardware studied, so as to effectively simplify circuit. When counting data, status uploaded master computer processing, it convenient monitor vibration real time. By using upper part virtual instrument receive relevant microcontroller, store, call process not only improves intelligence system, but also reduces cost resources.
